How can i save transposition as a variation

Hi, I am using iGrand Piano on the iphone 6s plus. I am trying to save variations based on transposition. For example, I want A to be -5, B to be -6, and C to -7 and D to be 0. I can't get it to work. Is that even possible? Thanks.

At this time the iGrand Piano app's 'Transpose' function is not saved to 'Variations'. We do however appreciate the interest here and I will be more than happy to pass this along to the rest of the team.
