Problem with IRig Pro Duo on IPad Pro

I keep getting a message that iRig Pro Duo has been connected. Multi input audio interface available. Do you want to enable multi track recording?

If I click enable
iRig Pro Duo is not available.
Multi track recording has been disabled

If I click cancel it just keeps asking me if I want to enable.

The whole thing seems to be stuck in a loop.

Can anyone give me a hand here? The whole thing is unusable...

So I think I figured it out ... it seems to do this when the batteries in the iRigPro Duo start to get weak.

Keeps connecting and disconnecting. So VocaLive doesn't quite know what to do.

Hello all. I have an iPad Air 2 running iOS 10.2.1
I just purchased an iRig Pro Duo and some other products from IK
Long story short, there are major issues - showstoppers.

1-The audio connection to my iPad "crashes" regularly, regardless of application being used.
2-I stop hearing some midi notes when the sustain pedal is active.

One way or the other, this needs definitive resolution.

Is anyone working with a similar config without problems?
Suggestions?

Would like to see some help & response from IK.

Still getting this drop issue. Support is not responding to my email. Can't really use this product at all......

You response made me realize I never recieved any ticket info. I went ahead a repeated the process, did recieve a confirmation email this time, and when logging into the case, can see that my old ticket was opened, asnwered, and closed. Thanks for your guidance.
