iRig HD 2 issue

I’ve just unpacked my new irig HD and the latency is awful. I’ll need to raise a support ticket otherwise it’s on its way back to Italy, as it’s unplayable.

I’ve just unpacked my new irig HD and the latency is awful. I’ll need to raise a support ticket otherwise it’s on its way back to Italy, as it’s unplayable.

The current version should be iRig HD 2. Note that iRig HD 2 is capable of ultra-low latency as many are using it with no latency issues. This sounds like a problem on the app/software side or with settings. I'm sure the support team can assist and get you up and running with the expected performance that makes iRig HD 2 the leading mobile digital audio interface for guitarists.

What I did before getting rid of it was to shift the recording forward until it was in sync. I didn't notice the latency during the actual recording process but the WAV file was out of sync by being slightly behind. I use the Apogee products with NO issues like this. Good luck!
