Two Amplitube Apps?

I just downloaded a new bundle which included Amplitube...

I already had Amplitube installed on my iPad...

I now have two icons for Amplitube... one (the original app) has a red line at the bottom of the icon... the new app does not.

[1] is there a difference between my old Amplitube app and the new one (that just downloaded with the bundle)? There's no revision history in either app on the info tab, and they both appear to be identical (except for the red line across the bottom of the original app's icon).

[2] I've never seen iTunes duplicate an app already installed on my iPad... what is going on?

EDIT: Just checked iPad in settings - they are both 4.5.1

I think I just figured it out?

The one with the red line at the bottom of the icon is Amplitube CS (the free version)???

The Amplitube that just installed with the bundle is the paid version?

Yes there is a free version (with the red line) called AmpliiTube CS
