iRig Acoustic could not get input Headset jack

I connected my new iRig Acoustic to AmpliTube. I could never see the Settings->Input is Headset jack, it always showed Input: Built-in microphone. So no signal were input from my guitar via iRig.
I tried the Adjust (Calibration)
I had turned off the mono signal in the iPad setting
I allowed the app to use microphone.
But it did not success, anyone can help me?
iPad mini, iOS 9.3.5
