What am I doing wrong?

Bought iRig2 on impulse...looks cool. When I try to download from “my products” to my iPad 2017 (or for that matter my older iPad Air) I get zip files that won’t install from iZip or WinZip. iZip opens manual but says install file unsupported. I can’t even seem to get that far with a WinZip. I did download the free AmpliTube from the App Store and that works. How do I get the rest going?

Free products in your IK User Area are not for iOS devices, they are for Mac/PC.
