Is there a iRig / AmpliTube beginners guide anywhere

I don't mean on how to record or plug things in. I have two other audio interfaces and have been doing this stuff for many years.

The iRig, however, leaves me baffled. I spent a couple of hours getting it to function. After the hardware appeared bricked it eventually started responding. I have successfully recorded a single track. That's my starting point.

My goal with this product is to be able to record a track or two on my iPhone, then export a file that can be used elsewhere -- meaning on my Windows systems.

My computers are Windows 11. The ASIO drivers cause loads of problems but after changing a bunch of setting I can record a raw guitar signal into Audacity. I can't find a way to record a signal that has run through AmpliTube ... only the dry signal.

Because of all the setting changes that are needed I've pretty much given up on recording on the computer. But I still need a way to get recorded files out of AmpliTube and into a file systems that other software understands.

I've been down a lot of dead ends. Surely these setups have been solved before.
