I sent a message to support on July 9th, and until today, they haven't replied. I bought an iRig Stream Pro, and the sound through the 3.5mm output doesn't produce any audio, even when I'm recording. I'm using an iPhone 14 Pro with iOS 16.5.1, and I also tried it with a Samsung S21 Ultra, and it's the same issue. Does anyone know what I can do? Or is it possibly a manufacturing defect?
