iRig Pro Duo I/O Sample Rate at start up

When the iRig interface is connected to the iPAD, it seems to always start at 44 kHz and 16 bit. But I want to have 48 kHz at 24 bit.

My DAW Cubasis then always displays this message:

"The sample rate was set to 44.1 kHz because the hardware doesn't support your initial setting or another app is blocking it"

I then always have to disconnect the interface from the iPad and reconnect it. Then Cubasis displays 48 kHz at 24 bit.

What is wrong? What can I do?

This is not a mistake. The sample rate is always set system-wide by the iPAD itself, depending on the sample rate of the first app.So first load Cubasis.
