Unable activate full version of AmpliTube with irig HD

Hi,
I bought an Irig HD2, installed amplitube on my ipad and iphone.
But i am enable to activate the full version of the app.
I have registered my product online and inserted the serial in the app.
But still, only get access to the limited functions of the CS version.
How should I proceed? I have missed something?

Seems that there is some progress. I have now access to 17 Fx and 6 amps.
But functions like looper are still not activated.
It says on your website that Irig 2 comes with fuul,version of AmpliTube for iOS, the number one amp and effects app for iOS. A total value of over $/€ 160!
Could someone help, figure out where the pb is.

iRig HD 2 unlocks the AmpliTube Essentials bundle which is the gear from the full version. The Looper section is unlocked if you register iRig Stomp I/O. Please click "More info" on this page for the full information/details: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/i ... php?p=apps

Thanks for the info.
Then the main product page on the website gives wrong information.
It states that IRIG HD2 comes withe FULL version of Amplitube for « a total value of over $/€ 160! » https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/irighd2/
Which is the reason that convinced me to purchase IRig HD2.
Not to get the essential at 19.99€
I found it a rather dubious approach. Unless i am missing something.
I would appreciate if you could fix this, soo that i can get a 160€ equivalent.

It says unlocks the full version gear features and the value quoted includes the Mac/PC software that comes with it so that is indeed accurate.
