Clean tone problem with Amplitube for Ipad

So I can not seem to get a clean tone when using any of the clean amps when using AmpliTube for Ipad. I have an Ipad 7 and Irig 2 and either a Schecter 006 or C1+. When I bypass the FX, on AmpliTube, the guitar signal is clean, no distortion, static, etc. I've checked my connections. Nothing gives any static or distortion when manipulated. Any help would be appreciated!

Same situation here. I also hear humming in the background that silences whenever I touch my mac or the Scarlett interface. I'm not sure what's going on, but I'd love some help.
