Issues setting up Amplitube Envelope Filter or Autowah

I'm finding it impossible to dial in the settings on Amplitube on either the Envelope Filter effect or the Morely Autowah effect.

Trying to get that Jerry Garcia sound from Shakedown Street

Any advice on dialing that sound in?
