Install problem

Good afternoon. Any help I could get would be greatly appreciated. Trying to install the B3 1st on my 2021 MBP and keep getting this

The volume/disk where the download path
/Users/mikepinchot/Documents/IK Multimedia/IK Product Manager
you've selected should be does not exist. Please close this window to select a new path in preferences. (code: 2110)

I am not computer savvy Is this something I can fix? I really appreciate any guidance on this!
