Downloading EVERYTHING to an external hard drive

I recently bought the Total Studio 4 bundle. After going into the product manger and setting a CUSTOM path for everything to download on my external hard drive (Because my main hard drive is almost full). The Software and Sounds still installs on my main hard drive and my external, when i just want it on my External driv. It's causing me a headache.

Side notes:
- Philharmonik 2 was not able to load in my FL Studio

- Trying to download sounds i now get this message...

"The volume/disk where the copy/destination path
C:\Users\Public\Documents\IK Multimedia\SampleTank 3
you've selected should be does not exist. Please close this window to select a new path in application. (code: 1110)"

I don't understand why it's saying that when i've changed the path to my external drive (E:) and not my main drive (C:).

I just want everything on my (E:) external drive
