Product Manager 1.1.5 is stuck in an update loop. On starting, it tells me "Your software is outdated. We're downloading the new version..."

But what it downloads is just version 1.1.5 - it installs and the whole cycle starts again. Downloads from the website also just offer 1.1.5.

Looks like IK need to make a setting on their server backend to stop this mad cycle - or release a new version of Product Manager ASAP!

This is driving me mad - I need to authorize my plugins on my live PC...

Hope this can be fixed soon!

Same here, on an M2 Pro MacBook Pro running the most recent macOS version (15.1.1). Just sent a message to the support, let's hope it gets fixed very soon.

Already done - got the typical reponse "please allow a couple of days until we reply..."

To some extent good to hear that I'm not the only one hit by this - hope they don't need "a couple of days" to take notice of this and address it...

Same here on MacOS Sonoma. This is super annoying, now I cannot use neither TONEX nor Amplitube in the middle of a recording...

OK, problem seems fixed. PM now installs the update to 1.1.6 and no more update loop on any of my systems (Win 10 and Win 11).

The website still only offers 1.1.5 for download, but I guess that will soon be updated as well.

Back to normal for now...

I have same problem with installation (version 1.1.6) keeps looping complaining about the software need to be updated .. what was the solution to solve this problem?
