ARC 4 Demo not showing my measurements??

Hi

Just downloaded the ARC 4 software demo and did measurements saved and got a success, then in Ableton Live 12 or Logic Pro 11 the ARC 4 plugin is not showing my measurements!!

I checked that ARC 4 as Permissions in Mac OS under privacy "Files and Folders" and yes Permissions is checked.
I'm on Mac Studio M2 with OSX Sonoma 14.5.

Any advice ?

Yes I solved it, do the flowing....Create the flowing folder in 'Documents-IK Multimedia
----------------
ARC System 4 ( or ARC System 3 if you use ARC3 )
----------------

Those folders were missing from the folder IK Multimedia in the Main folder Documents.

Hope this will help you to let me know if you need more info, still this is what solved it for me...the folder ARC System 4 was missing and I had to create it in side the IK Multimedia folder that present in Documents.

hello..

im having the same issues here.. I cant find where to add this documents folder?

iv taken my room measurements multiple times and they are not showing on the drop down menu on the Arc4 app

if anyone can help it would be appreciated as its driving me insane trying to fix this!

Im assuming you are also on Mac OS!!

The Documents folder is the Documents folder of your Mac, it can be found in this path:

Macintosh HD - Users - "your name" - Documents

In the Documents there is a folder "IK Multimedia" create insider "IK Multimedia" folder "ARC System 4" folder.

The Documents and IK Multimedia folders are already there!!! the ARC System 4 folder was missing and after I created it manually the measurements was in the APP.
