I bought SampleTank 4 Max v2 a few weeks ago and have problems downloading and installing it. I want to store the Sound libraries on an external harddrive, but not everything seem to work.
I have a couple of questions:
1. Should I direct all Sounds into the same folder on the external harddrive, or do I have to put the sounds of the different instruments in their own folders? E.g. Sample Tron Sounds in the Sample Tron Folder, Syntronik Sounds in the Syntronik folder etc.
2. If so, how do I know which Sounds library belongs where? I have no "Products" tab on the "Software" page on my Product Manager (like it does in the installation video. And no "More options" tab on the Sounds page either.)
3. Several Sounds downloads has been installed "incorrectly" and aborted. Some partially installed, where some presets is unavailable in the SampleTank when i open it in the DAW (Cubase 13 pro).
4. Is it possible to move Sounds content by dragging it into different folders, or do I have to delete and reinstall?
Can someone explain it to me, please? And maybe IK Multimedia can update their installation video and info on how to install.
