I'll guess that they are not updates (especially as Syntronik is an old product) rather they are three that were not downloaded originally.
If that is not the case, then the best thing to do is contact Technical Support via the IKM web site, for some one to one diagnosis and help.
Syntronik Deluxe here does not show the [Update] icon.
