Serial number is not working [Resolved]

Hi,
i got my "Total Studio 3.5 MAX USB/Boxed" today and after installing i wanted to add the serial and authorize my products but is says:
"Serial number inserted is not eligible for Crossgrade/Upgrade product (405)"
It is a new key ordered from IK and not a used one.
And its not an Upgrade or Crossgrade Version.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

This is primarily a user forum, not official Support.

Please contact Sales/Order Support via the IKM web site, for some one to one diagnosis and help. Search the FAQs, first as there may be relevant results. After that, you should see a [Contact Support] button at the bottom of the page, linking you to the Support form. Let them have the order details and they should be able to sort out the problem.

Did you purchase a crossgrade or upgrade version? If so you'll need to have a product that qualifies for the crossgrade or upgrade registered in your account.

OK. I see that another user had posted in the form about similar problem with AmpliTube but he had a crossgrade edition.

And Peter has posted elsewhere:
Typically this means the system thinks that you do not have the required product(s) registered to qualify for the upgrade or crossgrade that coincides with the serial you have. Make sure you are logged in with the account that has the qualifying product(s) and try again. If you still have trouble, our support team can check your account directly and I'm sure they will get it sorted out

Again that refers to a user with an upgrade or crossgrade. But you have the full edition, not an upgrade or crossgrade, so those replies do not apply in your case.

And the error message text does not make sense to me.

Wow that was a lightning fast support from IK!!!
I got a new serial and nowall works fine.
Took around 3 hrs from first ticket to the new serial.
Was something wrong with the serial.

All resolved this can be closed.
