ARC 3 not saving analysis

hi, first time post!

having an issue with ARC 3 not saving my analysis. I've done it 3 times and get all the way to the "done" screen (attached image) and after I quit I open the plugin in Logic 10.5.1. and am immediately met with a big red X and a splash that says no analysis was detected.

any thoughts?

follow up question, what if ARC3 isn't in the list for permissions? I see it in the microphone access list but its not in the 'files and folders' list...

and just as a side note, in the link you provided I see other IK apps listed that are granted permissions as well..... none of the other IK apps I have installed are listed in my security prefs.... I have T-Racks max and Syntronik also installed

You should also check the file permissions not just those microphone etc permissions. ARC 3 should be under Files and Folders as shown in the FAQ with ID 1334

If you are not seeing that, something else might be wrong and you'd need to work directly with IK Support to see what is going on

Ok, thanks for your help, was hoping to get it resolved here since the consensus seems to be super long wait times to hear back from support.
