Lurssen Mastering Console - where's the manual? [Resolved]

I just bought the Lurssen Mastering Console due to the group buy.
I can't find a PDF manual anywhere, there's nothing in the downloaded package. Is there a manual? In online reviews I'm seeing things I can't open/access, so how do I get started??

- What input level is it expecting? I've got it on a completed mix track in Sonar and I'm having to whack the Lurssen input to almost maximum to get a mastered track equivalent to the levels I can get with Ozone 8.
- How/when do I turn the knobs?
- Which knobs/switches achieve what?

Normally, the User Manual is installed along with the software.

Where can I locate my product manual?
A .pdf manual is installed during installation of the software itself. You will find this manual stored on your hard drive in the below locations..

For Mac:
Mac HD > Library > Documentation > IK Multimedia > (product name) >
Note that with later versions of Mac OS X there are two Library folders. Please be sure you are looking in the correct one at the root of your hard drive, not under your user directory.

For PC:
C: > Program Files > IK Multimedia > (product name) >
or
C: > Program Files (x86)> IK Multimedia > (product name) >
On Windows, there should also be a shortcut in [Start Menu] >> All Programs >> IK Multimedia >> ...

Also, have a look in your User Area / My Products. Under each product there is a section for PDF Manuals.

Mac Location makes perfect sense...Not. One shouldn't have to google it, just to find the .pdf
