Product Manager Death Spiral

I downloaded and installed Product Manager on my new machine. When I try to use it, it goes into a spiral where it says this is the old version and requires me to download the new version. The version I'm downloading is 1.1.6 which is the newest version available.

I'm on Windows 11. Any help is appreciated.

I tried it on 2 seperate PC´s . both the same problem....

Same here! Tried to a full removal. Program does an endless "update" close app and reinstall then repeats itself all over again. Can't access IK PM.

I reached out to our Support Manager. While your tickets will be replied to, in the mean time they have found that an uninstall/reinstall seems to be working but making sure you do a full uninstall per our FAQ here: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/?id=1468

Doesn't work. I did it several times. Also on my notebook,
Where I installed this manager the first time and has never been on that machine!

Make sure you follow the exact steps for a FULL uninstall in the FAQ including the Regedit stuff on Windows etc. You did that already?

I did all of it (including regedit) on two computers; does not work. Windows 11

Same. Followed directions exactly. Doesn't work. Endless loop of PM installers.

Well, frack. Please make sure you have a ticket with IK Support and they will need to take a look (and are aware as you know since I had reached out and was provided that suggestion). So it shouldn't be an issue for long. Thank you.

Same issue here on macOS Sequoia 15.1.1. Full reinstall does NOT fix the issue.
