ARC 4 is out, where is the Arc3->4 upgrade ?

There is one. If you log in with the account on which you have ARC 3 registered you will see your upgrade pricing automatically.

I logged in and confirmed ARC 3 is showing as registered in my user area, but when I click on ARC Studio Upgrade it tells me I am not eligible to purchase that product, let alone give me upgrade pricing.

Am I doing something wrong?

No, I purchased the software as a download and then purchased two of the mics later, all direct from IK.

This is me too. I bought ARC 3. and the microphone but it says I'm not eligible for the upgrade version. I do not remember if I bought the microphone separate though.

Looking at my records I must have picked up the microphone separately. I don't want to have to buy a second one.

I guess just let me know if you are going to make me buy the full version or not.
I'll have to spend an extra $50 on a mic I already have though.

There is no need for a new post.

The best thing to do is contact Sales Support, via the IK Multimedia web site, explain your circumstances and see if they can arrange for you to buy the upgrade.

Same again. I've Arc3 and Mic bought separately. Upgrade to Arc Studio not available. Don't need another mic.

I purchased ARC3 last month on sale & maybe should have seen the .4 version just over the horizon... :=)
The website showing me $99 upgrade cost - is that true for you as well. Notwithstanding the several above who are having issues. Just unclear if that price is the correct one ?

99.99 is the upgrade price, yes. If you use the JamPoints accrued from that and/or other purchases you'll be in at a total price lower than buying ARC 4 new on day one.

I am in the same boat. I want to upgrade to studio from Arc3 but I don't need the microphone. I bought the mic separately from the software but I can't see any offer in my account to purchase the software and monitor hardware.
