Hi all,
I can't access the IK multimedia website or the IK Product Manager on my home network. There is no issue accessing the site via cellular (which is how I'm posting). I have tried on Mac and Windows computer with no luck. I was able to access with no problems on Dec 8. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. If you are going to suggest tips, please explain it to me like I'm 5. I'm not the most tech savvy person. I've seen people suggesting HOSTS files. I have no idea what that is or how to check if that's the issue. Would a modem reset work?
