Currently having a very frustrating time trying to update my Tonex pedal and try some new captures I bought, but IK Product Manager will not install.
After telling me my version was out of date I tried to download and install the new version, but it just looks and cycles between the "Do you want to allow this app..." Dialogue box and another pop up that says "IK Product Manager is already running. Click OK to close it. If it doesn't close, try closing it manually." If I click OK IKPM appears to close, but then it opens immediately again and we go back to the "Do you want..." Box.
I have tried:
- Running as administrator
- Uninstalling IKPM and resetting my PC
- Downloading the installer file again
- Allowing IKPM through my firewall
- Turning firewall and windows defender off
I'm running out of ideas here. Please help.
Running windows 10, updated today.
Any ideas?
