Tonex SE missing from My Products [Resolved]

Hi mods,

I purchased and received my Tonex One pedal and was successfully using it. But looks like, the software downloaded was only a TONEX CS and not Tonex SE. I dont see a way for me to download the SE and my Tonex One is currently unusable because of that. Any help to get me straightened out is much appreciated.

Did you register your TONEX ONE Pedal in IK Product Manager using the serial on the card included in the box?

Yes I see it listed under My products > Hardware

Hello, partners!

I am having this exact situation, my Tonex One arrived and is registered/listed under My products > Hardware. I've already download the ASIO Driver and it is working fine. But I only have Tonex CS and Amplitube 5 CS versions available, no SE ones.

Could you please explain how did you solve the problem?

Also, are supposed to receive any Jampoints for the Tonex One registration?
