USING ARC 4 WITHOUT ARC Studio hardware

IS IT POSSIBLE JUST TO USE THE SOFTWARE?
can i use it as a standalne (not only insertes via DAW?

WIthout hardware yes.
System-wide? Will possibly depend on your OS and what 3rd party application you run with ARC4 to achieve system-wide correction. ARC3 worked on Mac system-wide via SoundSource but as yet ARC4 doesn't work correctly in SoundSource.

Why is my arc 4 not running unless I connect the arc studio? I have 5 licenses I'd like to use it on my laptop when I travel
