After waiting for over 4 months for a patch in the calibration software I finally ordered the ARC Studio including hardware box which was broken on arrival.
Sorry to hear there was an issue with your ARC Studio. Have you reported it to IK Support via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/hw or to the dealer (if you bought from a dealer) so they can take care of this for you?
