Community I need your help. I bought the tone model "Two Rok Bloom" from The Studio Rats on ToneNET and if I look at My Account on ToneNET it is listed under "owned tone model" and I also got an order confirmation mail and the money is paid.
My question is: how do I download these presets to put on my ToneX One pedal? The confirmation email said look in IK Multimedia Product Manager but I see nothing being added in the product manager. I'm puzzled, can someone tell me what I did wrong?
PS: when I look in Product Manager, TONEX SE --> Collections I do see the "Bloom Drive Pack" listed but no way to download the sounds...
