No Bought Products Available

Hi
I'm using Cubase 13 pro and have just switched on my machine yesterday and all the bought Ik products are missing. I bought Amplitube 5 max, MODO Bass 2 and MODO drums.
In the Product Manager only the free stuff shoes up.
In my products page on the IK internet everything is there with my serial numbers etc.
When i open something up in a song project all the padlock icons are there.
I've been onto support who have had me send screen shots and jump through hoops but they've gone quiet now.
So I'm left with nothing having paid a lot of money
I'm using Windows 10 (Should I go to Windows 11 ? )
Any help would be appreciated

It sounds like IK Product Manager and the web site might be using different user accounts or similar. Best would be to report this to IK Support who can help you directly, if you haven't done so already.

It's my fault having had 2 accounts with different emails.
Thanks to IK Support who sorted it out as well.
