Hello everyone.
I own T Racks 5 and since Yesterday, T Racks 5 Max . This is an independent serial ,
so I have both T Racks 5 + T Racks 5 Max licenses
I See it is registered in my Ik Multimedia Account on the Ik homepage-Account
I also activated it via Authorization Manager.
However in Custom shop I see I own only 39 T Racks Modules which lets me conclude
that 5 MAX which has 53 modules is not registered there.
"Redeem Purchases" does not make a difference.
When I for example throw a Tape plugin in a session I get in a nutshell that
"This model has not been activated ....bla bla bla would you like to purchase?"
If I press yes I land in the Custom shop where I can buy it for 100 credits. Only problem is I own it........already
Can anyone help me out?
