ARC Can’t find calibration file

Hi IK forum users:

Am using ARC 3 room correction software after two calibrations and every so often when I pull up the program in My DAW or stand alone I get an error message “NO CORRECTION AVAILABLE”.

Wh isn’t the software finding the correction files?

Note that I sometimes have to change the DA converter while mixing and am wondering if this confused the software.

Please advise.

did you find a fix for this? I have setup my sound correctly several times now. It works great the day of and a few days after but then a week or so after I do I go back into pull up arc in my DAW and it says there's no correction to go by and wants me to do it all over again. This is highly annoying.
