Authorization issue

Hi,

I'm on Mac OS 10.14.6. All my IK Multimedia plug-ins are authorized, except T-Racks Black-76. It keeps in demo mode, I've authorized it some dozens of time, the authorization process passed but the result keeps the same.

What can I do ?
