Hello, in the TR6 manual it says that MAster Match can adjust LEVEL MATCHING, as in the previous version.
As described below:
" Also you can control other parameters to make your master sound perfect:
• EQ MATCHING: Adjusts the percentage of matching equalization resulting from the analysis. It goes from no
matching at 0% to exaggerated matching at 100%.
• LEVEL MATCHING: Adjusts the percentage of matching RMS level resulting from the analysis. It goes from
no matching at 0% to full match at 100%.
• LF LIMIT: Sets the limit until the matching is applied in the low frequency.
• HF LIMIT: Sets the limit until the matching is applied in the high frequency.
• MODE A/B: Selects between a more sharp or a more smoothed matching "
In fact, for me it is very useful to have this function because it allows me to use other dynamics plugins after Master Match.
However, I did not find this function and the compression and limiter buttons cannot be effectively disabled. Even at 0, they continue to work depending on the input signal.
Another negative point is the fact that there is no gain adjustment on the output, for volume compensation, without any compression involved. This makes it impossible to use Master Match in conjunction with other tools.
Please help me better understand how it works and how I could go back to using it only as an EQ match, as I used the previous one...
