bug: latency in bypass

I joined the IK Multimedia user group with the latest group buy.

I installed the vst 3 versions of the TRacks plugins (vst 3.6.7)
Cubase 11.0.41
Win 10 pro

If I bypass any TRacks plugin, it turns off the delay compensation in Cubase
but the plugin still adds its latency into the channel.

For me thats quite annoying - since I have to make sure, that in my current mixes
there isnt any TRacks plugs left on bypass in the channels.

Is it a known issue?
Anyone can confirm?
