T-RackS Plugin Not Getting Authorized Correctly

Hello, just wanted to check if anyone has run into this issue.

I got a few free Tracks plugins from this group buy and all codes have registered and authorized fine.

The last one I got, EQP-A1, it is registering successfully but not authorized. I tried in the IK Product manager, in the custom shop. I tried also registering in Authorization Manger. No luck. It shows up as unauthorized in both the standalone version of T-RrackS as well as VST plugin in DAW.

Is there a troubleshooting page for checking cache and registry in windows? Could it be the code is incorrect?

Try this: In the Custom Shop, login, click on your Account Name and select "Restore my purchases".

Thanks. I tried that already. It still does not seem to like that plugin.

Thanks DarkStar! It's been a while since I've added anything T-Racks related to my arsenal and your tip was most helpful. IK should probably include a ReadMe file in the Product Manager under the release notes section for the T-Racks module for us newbs. :D

This step should be in the email that is sent when you register your product. I will ask the team if any products' registration emails are missing this step.

So this is an old thread but this is happening to me today soooo....yeah. Opening Custom Shop and "Restoring My Purchases" also worked for me. This is odd because I purchased the complete bundle at the end of 2022 so I shouldn't have to "Restore" anything. Before doing this I authorized through the Product Manager and that showed it as authorized in there but it still didn't show as authorized in my DAW (Pro Tools).

I recently downloaded the T-Racks 5.10.1 using Mac Ventura OS and my plugins also show authorized in the IK installer but in Logic they say my 10 day trial is over and the plugins are not authorized. hence... all my Logic sessions with IK Multimedia plugins on them now have a few seconds of bright white noise every few seconds. not sure what to try

I just had this same issue with the T-Racks Bus Compressor, and after trying to "reauthorize" T-Racks multiple times in the IK Product Manager to no avail, I found this thread. I logged into the Custom Shop, clicked "Restory My Purchases", and it worked first try.

Thank you to the person that posted this fix.

Yeah, what worked for me was downloading the authorization manager and putting the serial numbers in there... That seems to have solved all.
