Without any details we would only be guessing.

What did you buy? T-Racks 5 ("TR5")? Did you have "T-Racks Custom Shop" installed already?

If so, Register the TR5 Serial number (using the IK Product Manager), then run the Custom Shop program, log in, go to the T-RackS tab and select [Gear] then "Restore my gear". That should make the gear models available.
