T-racks 3 deluxe problem!

Hi, I would have a problem with my T-racks 3 deluxe, I use a Mac with Mojave operating system.
The problem: I open the T-racks and I can no longer access it, you have presets, and you don't even have modules.
How can I solve it?
I state that I have not updated the mac.

They endeavour to reply within 2 working days, but obviously considering the current situation things may take longer than usual.
