I order the TRackS British Channel just to avail of the 10 for 1 offer but something went wrong.
Under "MyOrders" the item is listed and the the order is checked as being received.
I paid by Credit Card but the payment is listed as pending when I check my Credit Card Account.
Now I don't want to miss out on the offer but I also do not want to order again and be charged double.
Is there any way to cancel a Pending Order or does anyone have any idea what the best way is to resolve.
