Does Leslie have the full featureset inside the free Tracks 5 version?

I would think so, putting aside the constraints of the TR5 free version itself (e.g. limited metering). I cannot see any mention of constraints on the TRackS Leslie product page.

Can the T-Racks Leslie be used as a stand alone efx to be used to replace the Leslie on a software Organ - for instance the Blue 3? I don't want to but and face limitations of having to use it in a T-Racks shell. I do use the Tape delay but had to install the whole of T-Racks stuff which was really annoying as I will not be buying them.

No, it will load into / run in the T-RackS 5 program (or the TR5 Suite plug-in). Or, I would think, as a TR5 plug-in within a host (just as the other T-RackS effects do).

Thanks for the reply.

So how would I be able to use it as someone with no interest in purchasing the T-Racks bundle. Is there a free version or does this imply a lot of hassle to use?

You wouldn't need to buy the bundle.

I reckon that you should be able to install TR5 Custom Shop (the free version) then authorize / load Leslie in that. But you would still end up with all the TR5 gear installed.

For a standalone Leslie program you'll need to look elsewhere. And it may not provide all the features that IK Multimedia's Leslie product offers.

Edited for clarification

Thanks again

This does not make sense, as I am able to use the Tape Delay without any restrictions - other than having to load the entire bundle. I do have AmpliTube but would not want to load AmpliTube just to use the Leslie - or is that my best option?

Thanks very much to Paul Kaufman of UK & Ireland Sales & Marketing:

The Leslie should appear as a separate plug-in as well as in the T-RackS shell. So you can use it on its own.
You'll be able to test the trial version once it becomes available in a few weeks time.

So there is the definitive answer then.

It seems to me that a problem with this emulation is that there is not the ability to set different acceleration or deceleration for the horn and the drum - I could be wrong. This would mean that you can't get the wonderful chorus effect so notable for the Leslie.
