Purchased incorrect version

I accidentally purchased T-RackS 5 Max upgrade thinking I was purchasing the actual bundle and I cannot use it since i have never purchased any products from this company. So I’m being told that they might not refund my money because it’s software but I can’t use it and hasn’t been registered. Not sure why they cannot refund me the money.

Is it true that if i purchase a plugin for 99.99 or more that the Max 5 upgrade will install ? Please advise ASAP thank you.
