Where is Metering?

Hi Folks,

I'm new to T-RackS. At the moment I've set it up for use with the plug-ins that have been available for free - Black 76, Classic EQ, Quad Comp and Metering. This is on a MacBook.

I'm currently moving my setup to a new Mac Mini. I've installed T-RackS on the Mac Mini and it's listing my four plug-ins in My Gear however I can't seem to access the Metering plug-in. On the old setup there's a standalone plug-in called TR Meter. I can load it and use it in my DAW without a problem.

How can I get TR Meter working on the new setup?

I've tried the "Restore My Gear" command however it didn't make any difference.

Just to confirm you should be looking for TR5 Metering.

What DAW are you trying to get this working in?

I'm working in Studio One 4 (the latest version).

I've got TR5 Metering - it's not the same as the older one? Part of it is working (the volume meters) however when I click on the rest of it, it takes me to the web page where I can buy T-RackS 5.

Ah, I see. No, TR5 updated the metering element found in TR4 and the full facilities are only available if you buy TR5 Standard, Deluxe or MAX, hence why it is directing you to the website.

As long as you have left them installed, you should still be able to access your older v4 Meter.
