Classic Clipper Randomly Turns Gain Down

Postby Mathematics » Tue Jul 17, 2018 11:25 am

I experienced it twice in Live 10. I'm not sure how it happens but suddenly, the Gain goes down and the knob is rotating on it's own like it was having a spasm attack. Odd.

I simply added an instance of this before the L2 limiter on one project and on another, I actually put it in front of KClip.

If anyone else has experience something like this, I would interested to know that I'm not going crazy.

That is definitely not the typical behavior. I'm not sure what would cause that and would recommend that you also open a ticket with IK Support at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/mi/ if you have not already done so as they can troubleshoot with you directly and assist you with issues such as this one.
