I have T-Racks Deluxe 3, wondering if any discount going to Deluxe 5

Not that I know of; I cannot see any Upgrades to TR5 Deluxe. But, have a look in the Upgrades/Crossgrades section of your User Area to check.

You can install TR5 Custom Shop http://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/tr5cs/ and get TR5 versions of all your current T-RackS 3 plug-ins.
