Sunset Sound issue

I've sent two support emails to IK reporting a problem, but I haven't received confirmation that a ticket has been created. Is this normal? I've reported that, at least in Cubase, when saving a session with Sunset Sound, upon reopening the project, there's no sign of Sunset Sound, so it doesn't work.

MacOS Sonoma
Cubase Pro 14.0.20
t-Racks 6 MAX

General enquiry emails do not receive an auto-acknowledgement.

If you submit a Technical Support Ticket here: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/sw/ then you will receive an auto-acknowledgement (check your Junk / Spam folder) and can reply to that at any time.

Thanks, as I said, I used that way, 2 times. the worse part, I don't have a response

I can appreciate that this forum isn't for support, I understand. So, what's it for?

Okay, as for my problem, is it a known one? Is this happening to anyone else in Cubase?

Update: I removed T-Racks v6 and reinstalled it, authorizing and deauthorizing it (just in case). It now seems to be working. It seems there was also a Sonoma update.
