T-Racks 6 - sidechain compressors

Postby marion-ruediger » Sat Mar 08, 2025 7:53 pm

Hi!
Wasn't there the info that all dynamic processors now have sidechain input? I can see, that there is the sidechain input in Cubase for each single processor and I am able to route audio on it.
But how to use it in the compressors, there is no switch to listen to the sidechain, is it?

Listen to sidechain? It would be the same as listening to original track from where you send signal to plugin. But if you're talking about how to made it works - settings sidechain in DAW is not enough, it only point to plugin, but you must enable sidechain in that plugin by clicking on small sidechain icon - is located in the grey bar at top right of the plugin, on the left on "A/B/C/D" switch.
