I bought some bundle and it contained T rackS 5 CS
I installed using IK manager and activated it
When I add any of these track plugin to my daw, I received the msg:
This model has not activated.... Enter to Custom shop...
I do and all of these in the CS is for money or credit contrary I installed them via the bundle
I do not understand. If I received them by the bundle why I need to buy them again?
Restore my purchases in CS did not help
Unauthorize reauthorize in IK manager does not help
They also give out a hissing sound after few seconds
Could you please advise?
