T-RackS 6.1.1 Channel Strip X crashes [Fixed in v6.1.2]

After updating to 6.1.1 both standalone and logic crash as soon as you load channel strip x. Everything else in v6.1.1 seemed fine.

I submitted a support ticket already but not sure if it went through, I never got a confirmation email. I have crash logs for both standalone and logic I was going to attach.

Peter I’d ask if could check the ticket number but I didn’t get a confirmation email. Anyway to check if support received my email?

Ok got the confirmation email and attached the crash log files.

It does it in standalone too so hope they can reproduce it leading to a fix.

It seems I’m not alone. Since the update was released, I’ve been in correspondence, sending videos and crash logs. So far, I haven’t seen the problem resolved, but at the moment, this is very problematic for me as I have many projects using this plugin, and it’s impossible to work with them.

I hope the issue gets resolved. It’s a very cool plugin, like all IK plugins, but this crash has caused a lot of discomfort. To finish my projects, I’ve had to remove the plugin and look for alternatives.

There’s no resolution yet from the latest messages with the support representative. However, there’s one thing I noticed. I bought a new MacBook M4 Max for the New Year, and I’m currently installing programs and plugins on it. After installing T-Racks 6 Max, I decided to try opening the Strip Channel X plugin in the standalone version, and it loaded fine without causing a crash. It’s possible the issue only occurs on older Mac models. Once I finish all the installations, I’ll test the plugin again, both as a VST and in the standalone version.

The v6.1.2 update has seemed to have fixed this issue for me. Not crashing while loading in Logic or Standalone.
