Dear community, I hope you can help me... I recently purchased a new external harddrive and have been moving a lot of stuff to it (although none of my IK multimedia stuff) and I don't know how, but I appear to have lost all the factory presets for mixbox and all the T-Racks products. My IK multimedia instruments appear to be OK, but the other plugins are empty.
Any suggestions of what I can do in this situation - is there a way of getting them back?
