Can I use Jam points for a product that is on sale, namely FAME?

Yes, you can use JamPoints for sale items as long as you're not combining them with a promo/coupon code (the FAME promo does not use a promo code so you are good). http://www.ikmultimedia.com/jampoints/

Please note today is the last day for the promo in which FAME is on sale ("Master Your Mix") so you'd need to get it very soon.
